We provide counselling for teens and young adults in a safe, non-judgemental and confidential environment for which to explore their feelings. 

Adolescence is a busy time with many physical, emotional, and psychological changes taking place.  Some young people who come to us want to discuss;

With all these changes taking place it can be difficult for teenagers and young adults to understand their moods and feelings.  Very often teenagers can become lost in their feelings, behaviour and moods.  When their feelings become overwhelming this is usually when we see concerning behaviours emerging. For a young person various life issues can seem like impossible tasks to deal with.  The aim of counselling is to assist them on their journey.

Due to the success of our adult 6 week CBT and Mindfulness 1-to-1 program we are now running the same program for teens and young adults.
