What happens on the day......

Join Lynn and Siobhan for a full day workshop to learn how to understand how your thoughts impact on your feelings and behaviours and how by making small changes in how you think and process information this can impact positively on your day to day living.  Learn how to improve your self esteem, culture better relationships and manage dificulties that may be causing challenges in your life.  

The day is informative and interactive, showing how practical tools and techniques can be applied to your day-to-day living both personally and professionally. 

The day starts with light refreshments and check-in followed by an introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and it's benefits.  Following a light lunch the afternoon session will be interactive workshops and Mindfulness practice.  We like to end all our workshops with a cup of tea/coffee, piece of cake and a general debrief of the day!  We look forward to seeing you on the 25th March!
